The renters liability for damage to the rented vehicle, can be reduced, under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated (drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, intentionally causing damage, off-road driving, driving without due care and attention).

The following cases are not covered:

• Damage to the underside of the car
• Damage to the wheels & tires
• Broken car glass
• Loss of the vehicle keys and documents and also personal belongings in a case of a theft

Reduce your liability to a minimum charge, according to the car group you have picked, by paying an additional small fee.

Allowed only with the prior written approval of Car4you. Otherwise, the renter is liable for all damages that may have been caused for any reason to the rented vehicle during its transfer, regardless of any coverage and liability restrictions accepted and paid at the start of the rental.

Allow anyone in the group to drive the rented car and give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the journey from the passenger’s seat. You can use the service anytime during your car rental for just €5 + VAT/rental day for each driver.*

*Each additional driver must hold a valid driving license for at least a year, issued in Greece, the European Union or be a holder of a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).

With the Extended Roadside Assistance option you are covered 24/7 even for descriptions where you do not have a mechanical breakdown, such as:

• Vehicle unlocking
• Immobilization of the vehicle due to lack of fuel or battery
• Tire replacement/change

The service is available for an additional fee of €3+VAT per rental day.

In case that the driver calls roadside assistance for any of the above cases and has not chosen “Extra Roadside Assistance” coverage, then there is an additional charge of €60+VAT.
